Pricing & Refunds

1. Month-to-Month Billing
All paid subscriptions on PostBuffer are billed on a recurring 30-day basis in INR (India) or USD (elsewhere), processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the start of the next billing cycle. A free plan is also available.
2. Refund Conditions
If you forgot to cancel your subscription or feel you didn't get value from the service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment by contacting us at support@postbuffer.in.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Downgrades and Cancellations
You can cancel or move to the free plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that.
